To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

- Complete our Full Application Form. This is recommended if you are ready to apply now. The process can take approximately five to fifteen minutes. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to it later.
- Complete our Short Application Form. This process usually takes less than five minutes. A loan officer will contact you once we receive your application.
- Call us and we will take your application over the phone.
- Have a loan officer contact you
- Download the loan application, complete it as best you can, then mail or fax it to us.
